DeployAI 2026 is organised by the School of Artificial Intelligence and Data Engineering at the Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. The organising committee is responsible for the academic planning, technical coordination, participant management, logistics, communication, and successful delivery of the winter school.
The committee works closely with academic mentors, industry experts, speakers, laboratory instructors, student volunteers, and institutional support teams. Its responsibilities include finalising the programme structure, coordinating expert sessions, managing hands-on laboratories, reviewing participant applications, maintaining the event schedule, and supporting the capstone project and hackathon activities.
The leadership team provides strategic direction for the programme and ensures that the winter school remains aligned with the academic and professional objectives of DeployAI 2026. The coordinators supervise programme execution, communicate with invited experts, monitor participant activities, and resolve academic or operational issues during the event.
The local organising committee manages venue preparation, accommodation coordination, registration support, laboratory arrangements, technical infrastructure, hospitality, transport assistance, event documentation, and on-site participant services.
Student coordinators and volunteers assist with participant communication, attendance, session management, technical support, photography, documentation, and the smooth execution of lectures, laboratories, demonstrations, and networking activities.
Individual committee members, their roles, institutional affiliations, photographs, biographies, and contact information will be added through the Speakers & People management section as the final organising team is confirmed.
